Phoenix Future Pathways™ is a service of Dr. Adele Malavé Educational Group LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing this website, purchasing services, or participating in our educational consulting services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

4. No Guarantee Statement

You acknowledge that:

  • College admission cannot be guaranteed

  • Scholarship awards cannot be guaranteed

  • Employment or internship placement cannot be guaranteed

  • Academic outcomes vary by student effort, environment, and readiness

Our role is to support, guide, and equip — not to promise results.

5. Payment, Scheduling & Refunds

Payment

Payment is due at the time of booking or by the stated due date for packaged services.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Requests made with less notice may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

  • Missed sessions without notice may be forfeited.

Refunds

  • All sales are final. No refunds are offered for consulting services or digital products.

Digital downloads are non‑refundable due to their immediate delivery.

6. Intellectual Property

All content created by Phoenix Future Pathways™ is protected by copyright and may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without written permission.

Protected materials include:

  • Phoenix Process™

  • High School Roadmap™

  • Website content

  • Workbooks

  • Curriculum resources

  • Digital downloads

  • Templates, guides, and planning tools

  • Personalized High School Roadmaps

Purchasing a product grants personal use only, not redistribution or resale.

7. Client Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information

  • Participate actively in planning sessions

  • Complete recommended tasks or assignments

  • Communicate scheduling needs promptly

  • Use materials ethically and legally

  • Clients are responsible for making final educational decisions for their students

Parents or guardians are responsible for all information submitted on behalf of minors.

8. Limitation of Liability

Phoenix Future Pathways™ is not liable for:

  • Decisions made based on consulting recommendations

  • Outcomes related to admissions, scholarships, or academic performance

  • Technical issues, website downtime, or third‑party service interruptions

  • Losses resulting from misuse of materials or failure to follow guidance

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for services.
